9. SMS FACILITY
9.1 You may elect to sign-up to our 'WAN2STP' text service by which you will receive SMS messages sent directly to your mobile phone ("Text Service"). To activate the Text Service you will be required to respond via text message to an activation SMS sent directly to your mobile phone. You will not be charged for the activation SMS or for the SMS that you send in response. You will then be charged a fee of 25p per message for additional SMS messages that will be sent by us to your mobile phone.
9.2 You may cancel the Text Service and end your subscription [by logging onto the 'My Profile' section of our site and de-activating the Text Service where prompted] OR [by emailing your request to 'Help@packitin.org'.] OR [by texting the word "STOP" to [60777]. You will then receive a text message confirming that you have been removed from the subscription list] .
10. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
10.1 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
10.2 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
