So, you smoke, perhaps a few more than you’d like to, but you’re not quite ready to quit, or you simply just don’t want to. What you would like to do is cut down, be a bit more healthy, perhaps save a bit of cash. Perhaps one day you would like to give up all together, but you’d like to take it in stages.

Then you’re in the right place! The ‘cut-downers’ is the place for you and we can make it as easy as possible. The main difficulty with cutting down is keeping track of how many you have smoked and spacing them out through the day so you haven’t had the lot by lunchtime!
We can advise you on a cutting down plan, or you can make up your own - whatever you are comfortable with.You will receive text messages throughout the day at regular intervals letting you know when you can have a cigarette.
